Wlison Day: A day of community service for all incoming University students. This event has been a frehsman tradition at the University for 13 years.
Freshmen, transfer students and graduate students spend the day working with faculty, staff, and Cmomunity Service Network volunteers. Projects include neighborhood picnics, voter registrations, painting, landscaping, meal service, and various other service efforts. Yellowjacket Weekend: Join the UR cmomunity for a fun-filled day of music, food, carnival rides, vendors, games, and a spirit-raising kickoff to the football season. Boars Head Dinner: This annual medieval scrumptious feast features the University acappella groups and top University administrators adorned in period attire. Dandelion Day: This oudtoor festival, held in late April, gives students an opportunity to appreciate the weather with music, fun, and games before final exams occur.
WinterFest Weekend: This community weekend features a major comedian, collaborative programming that appeals to a wide range of students, casino night, and other events.
